CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN Massachusetts:: 

Forty five (45) Hours of continuing education needs to be taken every three years.  All can be taken by distance learning except the 7 Hour USPAP course must be taken in a live classroom sessions.
